What is your return Policy?
If the product is faulty and you wish to return it then we will refund your money or give you other options.
- Regretfully, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind purchases.
- The Product must be unused and unwashed.
- The product must be sealed back in its original packing and still has the tags and labels attached.
- Return the product back to us within 7 business days. It must be packed correctly to avoid any further damage in transit otherwise the refund will not be honored.
- Product must be returned via registered post or through other ways where a signature is required at the time of delivery. This is to avoid any issues related to item lost in transit. If an item gets lost in transit then Guguu shall not be liable for refund.
- If you wish to get the refund for the faulty product, Once the item is been accepted back by Nappy Bag Store we will refund your money minus the postage and handling fee.
Can the order be picked up from your warehouse?
- Unfortunately for safety and security reasons, orders can only be posted.
Do you ship Australia wide?
- Yes, we ship to most of the locations in Australia. However, we don’t ship to some remote locations such as Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Thursday Island and some other remote locations.
How much do you charge for shipping?
- We charge $9.95 flat rate for orders under $99. Free regular shipping for orders over $99. Cost for Express Shipping is $22.50.
When would the order be dispatched once the order is placed on your website?
- All the orders will be dispatched within 4-6 business days from the warehouse.
Do you do Express Post?
- Yes we can do express post for most of our items. Express Post charges are usually $22.50 but for heavy items like baby furniture it can vary depending upon the weight of the product and the destination.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We post all items using using different courier companies. Delivery time can vary from one to 2 weeks depending upon your location. All the parcels can be tracked via the tracking link provided you after dispatch.
Can I get a refund?
- Once the order is been placed you can’t cancel it. We check the workmanship and quality of all our products before dispatching. If the product is faulty and the buyer contacts us via the website within 7 working days of receiving the product then we will happily replace the item if in stock or you will be offered to choose from other options. Buyer shall bear any cost for return postage. If you have any other feedback please leave it on our website and we will try to assist you.
